McMillanElite :: 100 100 Program

The McMillanElite Olympic training team began in the summer of 2007. Through the dedication and hard work of the athletes and staff, the team is now one of the best elite distance running groups in the country. Athletes on the team are National Champions and are being selected to represent the U.S. in international competition. In just two short years, McMillanElite became one of the few training locations to receive the designation "Official Distance Training Center" by USA Track & Field. The athletes are truly on their way to becoming the best.

We are entering the critical pre-Olympic years and the athletes are focused on doing everything they can to be ready to make the Olympic Team in 2012. As we take the team to new levels, we want you to be involved. To help us raise much needed funds to support the team, we are looking for 100 caring fans to donate $100. This "100-100 Program" will help us meet the critical needs of the athletes as we head toward the London Olympics.

Your donation is tax-deductible and is a great way to make a difference in an aspiring Olympian's life. Click on the Donate button below to help us help them.

Where Your Donation Goes

To be the best runner in the U.S., let alone the world, takes 24/7 dedication to the profession. Training and recovery are key to the athlete’s success. We work hard to reduce their expenses so that they can work less and focus on their Olympic dreams. Your funds will go to help defer the cost of much needed health care and support services to keep the athletes healthy and running strong.

From World Championship Marathoner - Paige Higgins
"In the spring of 2008, I had to make a decision -- to keep teaching or to give it everything I have to make the Olympic Team. I love my students, but I knew I had to go for it," says Higgins. "I'll teach again after my marathon career is over but I wanted to show my students that giving your all for your goals is important. The McMillanElite team has given me the opportunity to chase my dreams."
